The Wiener Philharmoniker investment coin is the most popular European silver investment coin and the second best-selling coin in the world and is minted by the Austrian mint MÜNZE Österreich AG. The obverse depicts the Great Organ in the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein, home of the Vienna Philharmonic, and the inscriptions "REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH" and below it the name of the metal "SILVER". The reverse bears a selection of nine musical instruments of the symphony orchestra - four violins, a cello, a bassoon, a harp and a French horn. The upper part of the coin contains the inscription "WIENER PHILHARMONIKER" in the copy, the lower part contains the weight of the metal "1 UNZE FEINSILBER", the year and issue and the nominal value.
Coins in this variant are minted between 2002 and 2023. The year of minting has no effect on the value of the coin.
