This gold $50 bill is a replica of the nickel nickel minted in the United States from 1913 to 1938. The obverse depicts the head of an American Indian (a mix of the characteristics of the Big Tree, Iron Tail, and Two Moons tribes), the reverse depicts a bison figure on a grassy knoll, from which the coin gets its name.
