Swiss gold bars with a purity of 999.9 are certified by the Swiss refinery PAMP and comply with the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) Good Delivery standard. The front of the bar indicates the manufacturer, country of origin "SUISSE," net weight in grams, metal purity, the refinery logo "PAMP ESSAYEUR FONDEU," and the bar's identification number, which matches the certificate. The minted bars bear an image of the Roman goddess of fortune, Fortuna, on the reverse side, while the bars in blister packs have Fortuna on the front.
The 1 g bar is encased in a protective ASSAY card, which also serves as a certificate.
